The PENCE Ubiquitous Portfolio is a unit investment trust (UIT) aiming for capital appreciation by investing in companies that significantly influence global consumer behavior and purchasing trends. Using the Choke Point Investing™ strategy, it identifies firms with dominant positions in the supply chain that are positioned for market leadership. Stock selection focuses on factors such as market dominance, earnings consistency, growth projections, financial strength, and valuation.
